Terms of Service

These terms govern services provided by Desert Shield Pest Control in Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding metro area.

Services offered

We provide licensed pest control services including scorpion control, termite inspection and treatment, rodent control, and general pest management for residential and small commercial properties. Every service starts with an inspection and an upfront written quote.

Booking and scheduling

Same-week appointments are typical but not guaranteed. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather (extreme heat, monsoon storms) that would compromise treatment safety or effectiveness.

Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted upfront in writing before treatment begins. No treatment is performed without your written or verbal approval of the quote. Payment is due at time of service unless a recurring plan agreement specifies otherwise.

Recurring plans

Monthly and quarterly recurring plans include scheduled visits at the agreed cadence plus re-service between visits at no additional charge if a covered pest returns. You may cancel a recurring plan at any time with 30 days' written notice.

Termite warranty

Termite treatments include a structural-damage warranty, terms of which are provided in writing at the time of treatment. Annual re-inspection is required to keep the warranty active.

Re-service guarantee

On recurring plans, if a covered pest returns between scheduled visits, we will re-treat at no additional charge. Uncovered pests (species outside the plan scope, add-on services) are quoted separately.

Safety and access

You are responsible for granting reasonable access to the property, including yard, garage, attic (when applicable), and interior areas relevant to the service. You are responsible for keeping children and pets off treated surfaces until dry as instructed by the technician.

Limitations

Our services are for pest control only and do not include structural repair, insulation replacement, or drywall work when damage is discovered. We will refer trusted contractors for related repair work when appropriate.

License and compliance

Desert Shield Pest Control operates under Arizona Structural Pest Control Commission licensing. Technicians follow product label requirements and Arizona state regulations at all times.
